Terms and Conditions

1. Parties

Service provider:

User / Customer: the natural or legal person who creates or uses a Muhasebe24 account (including the tenant and authorized users).

2. Service description

Muhasebe24 is a multi-tenant cloud (SaaS) application for managing sales, purchasing, inventory, cashbook, payroll, ledgers and related accounting workflows.

• Features available in the web panel are subject to plan limits
• Quotas such as storage, users, warehouses, products and backups may apply by subscription plan
• The service is provided “as is”; uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed, though reasonable continuity is targeted

3. Account and tenant

• You are responsible for accurate and up-to-date registration information
• You must keep credentials confidential and prevent unauthorized access
• The account owner is responsible for all users under the tenant complying with these terms
• You are responsible for lawful processing and backups of your business data; platform backup features depend on the plan

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineering or unapproved security testing
• Upload malware or overload the service
• Upload content that infringes third-party rights
• Abuse or share accounts to bypass plan limits

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

5. Subscription and payment

• Paid plan prices follow the amounts and currency shown at purchase / on the pricing page
• Payments may be processed by third-party providers; we do not store full card numbers
• Billing periods (monthly / yearly) follow your selected plan
• Access may be restricted for late payments
• Taxes may be charged as required by law

6. Data and privacy

Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy. Account deletion follows the Account deletion page. As a tenant you may be the controller of business data in the panel; we may act as a processor / service provider.

7. Intellectual property

The Muhasebe24 software, brand, UI, documentation and related rights belong to Worksoft Bilişim Hizmetleri Ticaret Limited Şirketi. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription. No source-code access is granted.

8. Limitation of liability

• To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages from outages, data loss or third-party failures
• Our aggregate liability may be limited to fees paid for the relevant subscription in the prior 12 months
• You remain responsible for accounting / tax outcomes; the software is a decision-support tool, not a substitute for a licensed advisor

9. Termination

You may end the subscription by not renewing or by requesting account closure via support. We may terminate immediately for serious breaches. After termination, data is deleted or anonymized under the Privacy Policy and Account deletion process (subject to legal retention).

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul (Bayrampaşa / İstanbul) have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer venue rules.
